We combine wood from the US, custom cotton blend canvas from Texas, and Eco-Solvent ink from 3rd Party Vendor in Illinois to print on our Epson S60600L press in Asheville.

We worked with a lab to create a unique poly-cotton blend that captures the best elements of both materials. Our canvases display colors with the vibrancy of polyester canvas while maintaining the resilience and beautiful textures of pure cotton canvas prints.

Our blend is predominantly cotton which gives our canvas prints a museum-quality finish and look. Our canvases also soak in the inks which, when combined with our solvent inks, make our canvas prints scratch resistant. Pure cotton canvases are proven to last longer than pure polyester canvases.

Solvent inks provide superior image quality for canvas prints. The color versatility of our ink is unrivaled for prints that look incredible while holding their color for longer than other inks.

Furthermore, our inks are VOC-free which means they do not give off harmful vapors that could negatively affect your customers or the environment.

Custom In-House Frame Shop

While many companies prefer to use MDF for their canvas frames, we chose pine for several reasons. First, it is a Forest Service Certified product that does not contribute to deforestation so your customers can display their canvas prints with pride.

Pine is also more resistant to warping from tension or moisture. In the event a canvas print gets wet or has pressure applied to it for a long period of time, our pine frames are more resistant to permanent damage than a MDF frame.
